The hotel has totally uncomfortable beds in the rooms, but the service has gone above and beyond for us, especially the Night shift. The location is in a very busy neighborhood, making it accessible to many attractions. The dining offers all possible flavors, although the breakfast could be better. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable with functioning heating, but the sofa bed was even worse than expected. The service was excellent; they went above and beyond for us, although they refused to provide the final bill during check-out. The location was convenient, right in the heart of Times Square, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.
