the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

the air conditioning didn't work properly. it was set to 21 degrees but the room remained hot. the wardrobe door was too small, so it wouldn't close completely. this left a light inside always on, it made sleeping difficult.

i found the self check-in and check-out to be express and automated. the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. the location was close to a subway station, a convenience for inner city travel. the hotel room was also surprisingly quiet, despite the busy street outside.

The system crashed a few times. It was a little frustrating. i felt a bit lost, but the staff helped when i asked.

the staff were friendly and helpful, and nayara at the front desk. i liked that the staff assigned a great room for a special occasion. minimal contact with the reception desk existed, as it is on a different level.

The breakfast selection was GOOD. I enjoyed the variety it offered. The room was bigger than I expected. It provided a cool view. The sleek decor gave the hotel a modern feel.

I found only one teabag type available between two guests. There were NO instructions provided for the coffee machine. The rooms felt simple.

The room was very clean. It was a good size too. Wooden floors are much more hygienic than carpet. The decor was lovely. The rooftop bar was a GREAT bonus!!!

The self check-in system was quite clunky. It crashed several times. Staff didn't seem very eager to help.

the location was decent and fairly central. the room was smart and comfortable.

i found the self check in experience poor. the system crashed several times, and staff seemed reluctant to help. the air conditioning in the room did not work well. getting a coffee to the room before noon was impossible since room service was unavailable.
